Hillcrest Transitional Housing of Clay County is the original affiliate, founded in 1976. Now with three facilities, Clay County is able to serve twenty-seven families a year.

Eastern Jackson County
In December 1998, the Eastern Jackson County affiliate joined the Hillcrest Transitional Housing family and currently serves twenty-four families.

Platte County
Hillcrest Transitional Housing of Platte County opened its doors on January 1, 2003. Serving eighteen families annually, the two four-plexes house six families, a resident manager and the Platte County office.

The newest Hillcrest Transitional Housing affiliate, Wyandotte County, opened in April 2004. The site currently serves nine families annually and continues looking for opportunities to grow.
